Jonna is a certified Group Fitness Instructor through American Council of Exercise with an emphasis in dance. She has been a dancer and athlete for over ten years, and has been choreographing and teaching dance for five years. She has studied and trained at a variety of Professional schools including New York's Broadway Dance Center, San Francisco's Dance Mission theatre and was a choreographer for Santa Rosa Jr. College Dance Department. Her passion for dance, and teaching led her to the world of fitness. She has been teaching group Exercise for over two years and loves every minute of it. Some of her popular classes include: Boot Camp, Cardio Kick boxing and a new Fit U favorite, Butts and Gutts. Motivating participants with energy, great music, and creative fun work outs helps distract them from their discomfort, allowing them to have a successful hard workout. Her goal is to teach, inspire, educate, and create attainable safe goals that meet individual needs. Jonna continues to sty on top of new certifications, latest music, and moves to keep fresh innovative fun classes.

A year after high school miles Bartlett decided he wanted to devote his life to helping others get to their fitness goals. Once enrolled into Bryant College he soon wanted to teach the trade he was learning. As a mobile trainer he would go anywhere to train his clients; including most area clubs and many client homes. Since he graduated with an Exercise Science Degree he has been a trainer at 123 fitness, where he's been a member of the team since 2006.

Since childhood Robert has always been active in sports or martial arts. It has always been a passion of mine to push myself in everything I do. For the last 15 years I’ve had successful businesses but always felt that personal training was my dream. My love for both people and fitness makes Personal training so exciting for me. Having 2 kids 12 and 10 I also see the importance of exercise and nutrition for kids.
Robert has a true passion for helping people get fit. Robert believes that everyone has what it takes inside them to achieve their personal goals and it is his mission to pull that out of every client. As a trainer, Robert aims to ensure that you truly enjoy each workout and never become bored or disinterested in the great changes your body is making.

Growing up Jared had a love of sports, basketball and football. He played football through high school and a brief time in college. Studying business and receiving his degree, he went to work in a cube. Seven years in the business world he knew that this was not for him. Talking to his wife and children, Jared left his job in the corporate world and went to school again. Going back to school studying Exercise Science and becoming an ACSM certified Personal Trainer. Reaching his own personal goal of losing 50 pounds. Jared is continuing his education in Physical Therapy and thoroughly enjoys helping others reach their own fitness goals.

Michelle Devine |

Michelle Devine joins 123 FIT with over fifteen years of profession training experience. She has had the opportunity to work with clients from all different walks of life, ranging from the profession "desk-sitter", stay-at-home mom, sport specific athlete, members of various law enforcement agencies and corporate wellness groups.
During this time, Michelle has pursued experiential knowledge in many realms of physical fitness and nutrition, including endurance running, cross training, functional fitness, russian kettlebells, barbell technique(s), weight lifting, cycling and the relationship between diet and performance.
Michelle finds inspiration in the hard work and gains of anyone with whom she works. She loves the excitement of introducing beginners to basic movements, good training habits and the change of optimizing the performance of clients.
Michelle loves to teach, and by the same token, learns something new every day about being a better trainer, athlete and coach.

In her spare time, you can find Michelle on a tennis court or trail running in the foothills.

Nick is currently going to school at CSU Sacramento to obtain his degree in Physical Therapy. He made the decision to make fitness a main part of his life after dropping 100 pounds in two years time. The sheer feeling of happiness and a renewed sense of energy he experienced is something he aims to share with everyone he can.
